Ansible repo that configures cbcore and the VPS. Clone: https://git.seabee.me/conor/machine-config.git → /home/conor/Documents/machine-config.

• inventory/hosts.yml, host_vars/cbcore.yml, host_vars/vps2.yml
• roles/ — haproxy, mail, caddy helpers, etc.
• run.yml — main playbook; playbooks/facts.yml for host facts
• docs/ — long-form notes (e.g. vps2-helios.md)
• setup-guide.md, commands.md — how the host was built, common commands

Rule: configuration changes belong in a role and get committed here, not made by hand on the box. Anything done by hand should be back-ported or recorded in [[ops-journal]].
