`/home/conor/Documents/helios-analytics` (the parent directory is not itself a
git repo; each subdirectory is).

Read `AGENTS.md` and `CLAUDE.md` at the root before doing anything: they carry
the evidence rules, database-integrity rules, delegation workflow and the
standing user instructions. 610 markdown docs live under `docs/`.

Key paths: `docs/` (methodology, research, decisions), `todo/`,
`data/research/`. Database work is MariaDB; load scripts are prepared by
delegated agents and run by the main session.

Open questions and status live in the project docs, not here.
